Would you like to produce a live podcast in front of a large audience? If so, the Europasaal at the hbw ConferenceCenter is a great option. With its spacious layout and state-of-the-art event technology, it’s ideal for podcast recordings with a live audience.
But smaller formats can also be accommodated: interviews, panel discussions, or video podcasts—thanks to the variety of rooms and studios, you’ll find the right setting for every podcast format.

Would you like to make your event accessible not only on-site but also online? With professional livestreaming at the hbw ConferenceCenter in Munich, you can reach your participants, customers, partners, or viewers regardless of the event location.
Whether it’s a hybrid event, a fully virtual event, or a live broadcast from one of our studios—we’ll provide the right technical and spatial conditions for your production. You’ll receive personalized support from the initial planning stage through to execution.
Hybrid, virtual, or live on-site
Streaming can be flexibly integrated into various event formats. At a hybrid event, guests participate both on-site at the hbw and online. Alternatively, your event can take place entirely virtually and be broadcast exclusively as a livestream.
The hbw ConferenceCenter offers a variety of event spaces and studios for this purpose. From smaller meeting rooms to the large Europasaal, which seats up to 225 people, a range of settings is available. Our TV studio and green-screen studio are also well-suited for professional streaming productions.
What is streaming about?
Streaming offers significant advantages, especially for hybrid events: Part of the audience is on-site, while other participants join digitally. This allows the reach of an event to be significantly expanded. In professional streaming, camera, audio, and presentation content are combined and broadcast live to the desired platform. Upon request, speakers or participants from other locations can also be connected.
Communication Training for a Confident Presentation
Communication is a crucial factor for professional success—whether in one-on-one conversations, during presentations, in front of an audience, or on camera. mbw offers customized communication and media training tailored specifically to individual needs and situations. The focus is on conveying content clearly, presenting oneself with confidence, and consciously leveraging one’s personal impact.
The offerings range from camera and media training to public speaking and presentation skills, as well as storytelling and crisis communication. Preparation for interviews, public appearances, presentations, or webinars can also be part of the training. The content is taught in a practical manner and can be supplemented with exercises under realistic conditions—for example, directly in the professionally equipped TV studio at the hbw ConferenceCenter.
The training programs are designed for, among others, executives, press spokespeople, project and team leaders, and employees in marketing and sales. Projectmanagement
A key component of our services is professional project management, which encompasses the entire organization of an event. To this end, mbw provides experienced project managers as well as a well-coordinated team of event managers and technicians who support clients from planning through implementation. This includes, among other things, attendee management, technical implementation, event coordination, and personalized consulting. Our goal is to deliver events efficiently, in a structured manner, and from a single source.

Close collaboration between project management, event planning, and technical services ensures streamlined communication and efficient execution. Clients benefit from a dedicated point of contact and a team that understands the event’s specific requirements and can respond flexibly to changes. Conti restaurant & catering
The Conti Restaurant is the in-house catering partner at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft. Located right inside the hbw, the Conti not only offers an attractive option for lunch or dinner but also provides catering for events held on-site. This allows event organizers to benefit from short distances and professionally coordinated catering services, ranging from coffee breaks, snacks, and beverages to customized catering concepts for larger events.
Restaurant located right inside the hbw
The Conti Restaurant is not only the hbw’s catering partner but is also located right on the premises of the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft. Following a renovation, the restaurant can seat up to 80 guests and is ideal for lunch, dinner, and business meals. In addition to a rotating selection of dishes, guests can choose between set menus and à la carte options.
This allows you to combine your event at the hbw with a visit to the restaurant—for example, for a group lunch, a business dinner, or a relaxed conclusion to your event.
Catering for Your Event
Whether it’s a conference, seminar, workshop, press conference, corporate event, or gala—Conti handles the catering for events at hbw. From small breaks with drinks and snacks to comprehensive business catering concepts, the catering services can be tailored to your specific event. hbw and Conti work closely together to ensure a seamless, coordinated experience from a single source. Conti is known for its modern, contemporary cuisine and places a strong emphasis on high-quality ingredients. Executive Chef Piotr Henek and his team develop diverse culinary concepts for both business and private events. The restaurant prioritizes working with regional producers.
Hours and Reservations
The Conti Restaurant at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The Conti Restaurant is open at any time for events upon request.
