The Europasaal is the largest event room in the hbw. It can accommodate up to 225 people (with stage) and is ideal for general meetings, conferences, press conferences and galas in Munich.

As a fully equipped venue, the Europasaal features interpreter booths, each accommodating two interpreters. This makes the hall ideally suited for international events requiring simultaneous interpretation.

Our technical equipment is a crucial factor in the success of any event. The digital audio and video technology in the Europasaal leaves nothing to be desired.

The Europa Hall also offers the possibility of establishing a digital connection with other event spaces – ideal for cross-room workshops, training sessions, and hybrid events – and is extremely versatile and adaptable to your needs. With a ceiling height of 4.80 m, stages and backdrops can be set up. Even large exhibits can be effectively showcased here. Of course, Wi-Fi is free for you and your guests during the event.

A particular highlight is the 45 m² panoramic screen. With a width of up to 14 meters, it offers ample space for your digital presentation.
